FEATURED JOB OPENING: Full Time Employment, Colorado Self-Storage - Aurora (Denver Metro), CO

Our Company owns and operates self-storage facilities in Colorado.  We are a very successful family owed business since 1999.  Currently seeking a COUPLE to manage one of our most successful facilities in Aurora (Denver Metro) Colorado.  The facility is comprised of 268 self-storage units plus 685 outdoor rv/boat storage units and enjoys a robust U-Haul business. The position includes all phases of office operations plus light facility and grounds maintenance.

The position requires the COUPLE to operate a store open Monday – Saturday.  Some part time assistance will supplement.  Compensation is fixed salary base plus generous performance bonus, vacation. 

There is neither housing offered nor company sponsored health care available with this position.

 Strong candidates should possess:

Experience within the self-storage industry or similar relevant experience.

Appropriate computer skills. 

Good communication and positive attitude.

Be a non-smokers.
