Our agency, specializing in Home Health Care, is looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative Couple to join our team. Position Duties:
- Establish & maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNF, Rehabilitation Facilities, discharge planners, etc.
- Make weekly visits, follow up calls and short presentations to local referral sources.
- Develop strong marketing plan to increase & maintain relationships/referrals.
- Time management, multi-tasking and problem solving
- Achieve monthly referral quota

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Associate/Bachelor Degree Preferred
- Previous sales experience a plus
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Energetic, positive, courteous and a professional appearance
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance and reliable transportation
