Assistent Managers Two Person Team for a Small Mobile Home Park - North San Jose, CA

Management Team on-site 2 people manage very nice small mobile home park in San Jose.

Assist the managers on weekends and several weekdays.

Office person must be computer literate, read and write fluent English. Good organizational skills and work with tenants, write inspection reports and enforce rules.

Maintenance person must lift at least 20 pounds, be able to walk a few acers, have some handyman skills also do janitorial work.

Both people on the team need to have a valid California driver’s license and insurance. No criminal background and good driving record.
