FEATURED JOB OPENING: General Manager Couple with Superior Hospitality and Facilities Management Skills Wanted for Small Caribbean Resort - Virgin Islands

Small, but growing, Caribbean resort seeks a full-time, friendly, high energy, and technically skilled couple to manage and maintain the daily operations of our beautiful, quiet and fun island facility.

Responsibilities include guest check in and check out, supervision of maintenance and landscaping staff and skillful performance of tasks associated with facility engineering and general construction.

Qualifications: bachelor’s degree in hotel management/engineering or comparable education with ten years' experience; strong hospitality/customer service skills; hands-on and in-depth working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, laundry equipment, A/C, appliances, diesel generator, R/O, and septic repairs and maintenance are critical in this position and only applicant couples with this complete skill set should apply.

Compensation: Salary will be commensurate with experience. Private housing, utilities, car and cell phone are included in benefit package. As the position will have fiduciary responsibilities applicants must have verifiable good credit; references will be checked.
