Unique Historic properties in the heart of Saratoga Springs in upstate New York.  Mansion Inn with 20 guest rooms and Apartment building with 14 Luxury Residences seeking Couple or Individual to assist with Management duties. 

Expectations: 

Assist Innkeeper and Property Owners with front desk operations,reservations, staffing, and customer satisfaction.

Monitor properties for maintenance and appearances with an eye for detail and excellence to provide a ‘wow’ experience for guests.

Perform a variety of tasks, such as checking rooms and suites for quality and exceptional cleanliness, ensure the grounds, gardens and ease for guest arrival/departure is upheld to the highest standards. 

Assist in the organization and scheduling of staff, with the ability to delegate tasks to others while creating exceptional moral and implement an efficient goal-oriented Team. 

Proactively structure a day-to-day schedule with Innkeeper as a coordinated effort to ensure guest needs are met and quality of professionalism is upheld by staff.

Perform tasks with a commitment of pride and perseverance using creativity and positve judgment to ensure that the highest level of quality is met.

The ideal candidate should be physically fit, and embrace a lifestyle of running a luxury establishment with pride.

May require a bachelor's degree in area Hotel Management, or at least 6 years of experience as a Hotel or Bed and Breakfast Manager or related area. Relies on experience to accomplish goals.
