Program Directors/House Parents - Belton, TX

Private Therapeutic Group Home is looking for a live-in Program Director. Position is responsible for direct care and supervision of our adolescent male population with an average census of 7. Prefer a husband & wife team committed to making a positive impact on the lives of young men with behavioral and psychiatric issues.

Prior experience working with at risk youth or degree in related field preferred.

The facility is a 4500 sq. ft. home located on 12 acres with river frontage. House Parents/Program Directors live in a 3 bedroom, two bath part of the home and are on duty from 6pm Sunday to 6pm Friday; w/weekends off. Duties and responsibilities are significant.

Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Room and board are part of the compensation package.
