Live in management couple sought for Bed and Breakfast - Volcano, HI

The live in manager's duty is to ensure smooth day to day operations of the bed and breakfast. The position oversees all aspects of each of the departments(housekeeping, office/front desk, kitchen, landscaping and maintenance) including hiring, training and managing.

There is a set schedule where the manager doubles as the front desk/office position. In addition to the set schedule the manager is on call. Requirements – Previous hotel or bed and breakfast management experience but willing to consider management experience with related experience. Experience and knowledge of "fix it issues" which include plumbing, electrical, repair of appliances, etc. Previous live in positions with references is a major plus. Experience in some aspect of the tourist industry.

Compensation includes live-in manager's quarters, utilities, salary
