The ranch is run on 100% solar power with generator backup so a mechanical aptitude is a must. Full breakfasts are not served, however, baking for continental breakfasts is required. Computer skills, an excellent phone sales aptitude, advertising, guest relations, laundry and cleaning of cabins is required. Paradise requires a lot of work!
