Apartment Maintenance / Management Team, East Bay San Francisco - San Leandro, CA

LIVE IN SUNNY CALIFORNIA CLOSE TO SAN FRANCISCO 

Looking for an experienced resident management team to live on-site at one of our peaceful and well maintained communities in San Leandro, CA. Conveniently located in walking distance to the San Francisco public transport system (BART), a few blocks from downtown shopping and a few minutes drive away from the San Francisco Bay Trail for outdoor excercise and birdwatching. Teams preferred.

This is a part time position (30 hrs a wk split between 2 people) responsible for the daily operation and care of a 24 unit apartment building.  This position is ideal for someone in a team that can be available for tenants needs while the other completes maintenance on the properties.

 Compensation includes an on-site apartment and utilities.  Salary will be commisurate with experience and will vary based on responsibilities.

TEAM MUST BE:

• Experience in apartment management
• Experienced in maintenance/ construction with excellent fixing skills
• Knowledgble of all applicable Fair Housing Laws
• Honest, Reliable, Hardworking
• Organized and detail oriented
• Computer experience and internet required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Showing vacant units to prospective renters
• Pre-Qualifying prospective residents
• Completing Move In Packages, work orders, and administrative paperwork
• Recording and tracking tenant payments
• Issuing notices to tenants and enforcing apartment rules
• Inspection and upkeep of property daily
• Performing maintenance and janitorial work as needed
• Coordinating vendors on-site as needed
