A self storage facility in the Point Richmond area is looking for an on site management team for a self storage facility for RV's, boats, autos and mini storage. A 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment located adjacent to the storage facility will be available for the management team to reside.
The ideal candidates should have previous storage facility experience as well as management experience. The management team will be responsible for the full operation of this facility. Some of the duties include:
Clean and maintain the facility
Minor maintenance i.e. painting, changing lights etc.
Market and sell storage units
Handling all contracts and billings
Rent Collections
General Office duties
Positions require, upbeat energetic candidates with 3-5 years of previous retail sales/customer service experience. Candidates must possess strong problem-solving skills, interpersonal and telephone skills. Previous management experience in self-storage would be a plus. Applicants should display good customer service skills and be comfortable interacting with the public. Persons must have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Experience with Centershift is a plus.
A valid California driver's license is required.
Salary includes $14.00 per hour per person, 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, medical, dental and vision benefits, 401k plan with employer match, vacation and sick pay.
