A 16 unit motel/fishing lodge on Trinity River in northern California is seeking resident manager couple with strong background in lodging/accommodations management and maintenance. Couple should be a physically fit, energetic indoor/outdoor team with excellent customer service skills. Couple must also have strong organizational and time management skills, solid computer abilities, and give attention to detail.

Responsibilities include all aspects of front desk coverage, reservations, guest relations, maintenance, and supervising staff (six part-time). This is a small business, so managers do the same work as staff, as necessary.

Year around, full time, available immediately. Compensation includes nice on-site living quarters, utilities, and salary doe.
