Hiring Domestic/Property Care Taking Couple - Hudson Valley/Dutchess County, NY

Position Requirements:

• Construction background
• Liason/management of contractors, electricians, general tradesmen and can oversee home and/or property renovations
• Property repairs indoor/outdoor
• Groundskeeping
• Snow removal, spreading of salt and plowing of driveways
• Ordering and purchasing of supplies
• Lawn, gardening and landscaping care/maintenence
• Christmas tree farm fertilizing and maintenence
• Tree cutting/tree trimming
• Lake maintenence- multiple docks installed/removed seasonally; removing overgrowth of weeds/lily pads from lake seasonally, keeping a healthy balance of fish in the lake
• Gardening abilities: Vegetables
• Potential management of a farm on the property
• Property Security
• Handyman duties such as minor electrical, plumbing, and other misc. repairs as needed
• Ordering/purchasing and maintenence of groundskeeping equipment
• Housekeeping both interior/exterior of homes
• Housecleaning/housekeeping: laundry, closet organization, window washing
• Grocery shopping occasionally
• Must be computer literate: emailing, texting, smartphone
