HouseParents - Morristown, NJ

We are looking for a couple (legally married) in a stable marriage with no more than 2 school-age dependents, to be positive role models to our Student-Athlete residents. You will live in our residential home, creating a family environment for our Student-Athletes.

Responsibilities include all those items and responsibilities of a parent, including the provision of material needs, physical needs, emotional needs and disciplinary needs. It also includes preparing meals, managing the budget, and providing transportation for residents with a CPTC assigned vehicle. This position requires high energy and excellent organizational skills to juggle schedules and meet the parenting demands of a large family. Both of you must be able to work in a team oriented environment. Housing & Utilities are provided. Annual salary based on experience and education. CPTC Houseparents work 7 days a week with certain days off every 6^th week.

Applicants should be mature, responsible individuals with a love for youth. Benefits include all living expenses and cash stipend. Applicants are required to possess a valid driver’s license, pass a back ground check, and successfully complete mandated training.
