Self Storage Resident Management Couple - Boise, ID

A Self Storage Company in Idaho is seeking a Resident Manager couple, to oversee the day to day operations of a self storage facility in Idaho. Great opportunity to live and work together. Duties include general office, sales, computer bookkeeping, rentals. collections and light maintenance. Must have a strong background in customer service, sales, marketing, strong communication skills and experience with Windows based personal computer applications. Required to live On-site and have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Pay starts at $2200-$2400/month per couple, $DOE. Will work 35 to 40 hours each, 5 days a week (to be scheduled) The employer offers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, bonus, housing and utilities.
