Resident Managers - Williamsburg, VA

RESIDENT MANAGERS:  We are looking for a dependable husband and wife team to manage a well-established self storage facility with over 450+ units.  The property managers are responsible for the overall performance of the facility, renting units, taking payments, light maintenance, lawn care and providing exceptional customer service.  

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience with on-site property maintenance
• Proficient in verbal/written communications
• Strong typing/computer skills
• Property management experience is helpful

Expectations:

• Ensure the property is clean and well maintained
• Inspect property on a daily basis to ensure everything is in working order
• Develop and maintain positive occupant relations
• Operate the facility using company guidelines
• Properly execute a rental/lease
• Maintain collections on delinquent units
