We are looking for a self storage resident management team for immediate hire to run a four story, 815 unit self storage facility in the Memorial Heights area in Houston, TX. Starting Salary is 50k+.

This is a first class facility with only climate controlled storage units. All units are individually alarmed and use cylinder locks. This facility also features video surveillance, light sensors, music in hallways and keypad entry to each floor. The office was designed by an interior designer. The property maintains a high occupancy of 92% - 100% all year round. Previous storage experience is a plus but not mandatory. No truck rentals.

There is a beautiful large 1,450 sq. ft., 2 bedroom apartment on the ground floor, all utilities paid.
