THE POSITION IS A FULL-TIME PERMANENT POSITION. NOT SEASONAL OR TEMPORARY.

 

We are looking for a 2 person team to fill the role of Assistant Property Managers at a very nice, large MH/RV Community in Tulsa. One person will be inside working in the office. The other will be outside assisting with maintenance. Living on-site is a requirement. Housing is provided as part of the compensation package if you do not own your own MH or RV.  

 

Applicants must be responsible, reliable, friendly, have strong people skills, and work well under the supervision of the current management team. The inside assistant must be good with answering phone calls, working on the computer, processing payments, and other general clerical duties. The outside assistant will be responsible for general maintenance and landscaping of all common areas, the pool, and any other duties or tasks required as directed by the community manager. Duties will also include being on-call every other week and assisting incoming/outgoing RVer's. 

 

Property management experience is preferred but not required. Please submit Resumes or Work Histories with your response and explain why you'd like to live/work in Tulsa. 

 

Compensation is salary + housing + medical benefits after 90 days.
