Inn Keepers - Sanibel, FL

Great opportunity for a working couple with experience in hospitality, maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.  We are a 12-unit, child and pet friendly classic Florida motel on Sanibel Island.  Live and work in the heart of this popular island getaway.  Salary, housing, and utilities paid, plus bonus plan. 

This is not just an office job.  Couple must be both physically fit and computer savvy.  Office duties include reservations, guest interaction, basic marketing and bookkeeping.  Physical labor involves interior and exterior maintenance, including pool, assisting/overseeing housekeepers with cleaning and laundry, handy-person jobs ranging from painting to minor plumbing and electric.  5 day/6 day alternating work weeks.  On call 24 hours.  Assist inn keepers at sister motel on that couple's day(s) off.
