On-site Manager/Caretaker Couple for 180 Unit Duplex Community - Rapid City, SD

Countryside Property Management, LLC is relocating its corporate offices to another office in the city of Rapid City.  Currently our offices are located in the duplex community for which we are seeking on-site management.  Maintaining management presence in this community is paramount.  This is a full time position for the right couple and requires some office management skills, to include basic computer knowledge and some light maintenance and housekeeping. 

This couple will live on-site and provide security presence and assistance in maintaining this unique property.  This couple will deal with residents on a face to face basis and must excel at conflict resolution.  Assistance with the collections process is possible.  Will perform routine inspections of units as wel as showing vacant units  Will direct tenant inquiries to upper management as necessary.
