MATURE COUPLE wanted as year ‘round caretaker/handyman and seasonal housekeeper/cook @ remote, Northern California fly fishing ranch.

Caretaker/handyman responsibilities and time demands vary seasonally at our remote Northeastern California ranch. The salaried winter (October-April) work requires some knowledge of heavy equipment (back-hoe/grader) for snow road clearing and less than 20 hours/week, while the summer (May-September) season gardening/handyman work is full time at the prevailing wage. Housekeeping/cook responsibilities are seasonal (May-October) @ prevailing wage.
