Seeking Couple for Nice Senior MHC in Kansas City Area - Liberty, MO

We are looking for a Management Couple for a Senior Mobile home Community in Liberty, Missouri.  The community is in a great location and is close to everything.

Duties are to be split between the couple. The office manager's responsibilities will include handling resident issues, resident and prospective resident paperwork and rent collection. The office manager should have basic computer knowledge. The maintenance manager should have a working knowledge of basic construction, plumbing and electrical and will be responsible for daily outside maintenance, overseeing community construction projects and general oversight of the physical aspects of the community. Maintenance manager will need to complete minor issues and have the ability to oversee and coordinate with outside contractors.

Management Team Responsibilities:

Participate in Community Activities

-          Coffee time on Tues / Thursday

-          Monthly Potluck

-          Bingo Nights

-          Lunch Outings

-          Dinner Outings

-          Cookouts

Be available for Resident questions and issues

Oversea grounds maintenance

Oversea Park Owned Homes Maintenance

Complete minor home repairs as needed

Coordinate home repairs where contractors are required

Oversee grounds maintenance contractor

Collect Monthly rents & make bank deposits

Enter bills for payment processing

Coordinate the monthly tenant news letter

Answer and respond to prospective resident calls & emails

Be available to show prospective residents available homes
