Small Independent Motel Manager Couple - Ebro, FL

Current Managers are retiring, and searching for a couple to replace them.  Special consideration given to seniors, although all with experience are welcome to apply.  Great team in place, and thanks to recent lightning damage, nearly every system here is new.  (Well pump, alarms, phones, satellite systems, computers and printers, water heaters, ice machine and lighting.)

Located just 16 minutes/miles north of Panama City Beach, home of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches" we're at a strategically located state highway crossroads.  Just a half mile from the mighty Choctawhatchee River and fabulous fishing and boating, we're also very close to Econfina Creek, a world renowned fresh spring canoeing and kayaking paradise.  The property literally is on the south border of Ebro Greyhound Park, with parimutuel betting, dog racing and a huge late night poker room with high dollar tournaments, and a great restaurant.    Also, we have a natural woodland state park with hiking trails just a mile or so away.

Appropriate candidates for this position would be able to perform the following tasks:

Desk Clerk

Accounting

Marketing

Managing Staff

Purchasing 

Light Maintenance

Occasional Housekeeping

Must be able to negotiate outside steps to a second level in the rear of the motel

Should also be pet free and non-smokers.

Compensation consists of liging quarters/salary/free utilities.
