We are looking for a successful management couple with a proven track record of performance to join us as Assistant Property Managers. This is a live on-site position with a beautiful 118 Unit Luxury Apartment complex in Sierra Vista Arizona.. Our company is the FASTEST growing Senior Retirement Living Company in America with 47 properties and 10 New properties under construction scheduled for completion by year end 2014.

This position requires long hours hard work and dedication with a sincere desire and commitment to serve Seniors, as all of our communities are 55+. Our property is full service one stop stay for Seniors with inhouse Food & Beverage Operation, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Activities we are the Cruise Ship that never sails.

This Assistant Managers position is an annual financial package of $75,000-80,000.00 per year including Salary, Meals & Lodging plus Full Benefits package including Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance and a 401K Retirement program.
