Property Management Team Wanted - Monroe, MI

Apply now for our Property Management Team position at our large manufactured home community in Michigan!

We are seeking a motivated manufactured home management team/couple for a large community in the Monroe, MI area. Job duties include but are not limited to: collection of rents and bank deposits, pursuing delinquencies, resolving residents' complaints quickly, leasing/sales of vacant units, increasing occupancy, enforcing policies and procedures to ensure security of community and resident satisfaction, maintenance of community areas and grounds keeping, monitoring water cleaning system, etc.. Computer and Maintenance skills required. Applicants must live on site.

NOTE: Two applicants must apply as a team and live on site.

Requirements:

-Computer and Maintenance Skills
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Must have clean driving record, pass background check, and drug and physical check for the position.
-Manufactured Housing Property Management Experience Preferred but not necessary
-Must own Vehicle
-Must be willing to live on site (housing provided)

COMPENSATION: Salary, Housing, Utilities & Health Benefits. Commissions can be earned on home sales in addition to salary.
