Our Park is seeking a two person on-site PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM for our 107 Site long term RV Park in San Jose, CA. Great communication and computer skills are mandatory. Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) communicators are a plus but may not be required with the right attitude.

This RV park community has many long term RV residents that live here year round. The park has a great quiet location with many mature shaded trees. We are a professional management company that set our managers up for success. You will have the full support of your regional manager, marketing and advertising department, and industry professionals with many years of RV park and property management experience.

Requirements for the job include but are not limited to:
• Communicating with residents
• Answering calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Enforcing park rules and regulations
• Moving in and out RV guests
• Executing rental agreements and other park related documents
• Working with your regional manager to create a great community environment

Daily duties also include performing maintenance tasks. (Our existing maintenance assistant person is capable, experienced, and knows the community well)
• Cleaning up debris and leaves from the mobile home park streets and common areas
• Trimming trees and hedges when necessary
• Repairing and painting community structures as needed
• Performing plumbing tasks such as small water line repairs and sewer line maintenance.
• Performing inspections on individual spaces
• Property maintenance experience a plus (Mobile home or RV Park maintenance experience a plus)
• Experience in general carpentry and electrical a plus

Overall, we need a management team that will care about the community and it's residents by ensuring park is kept clean and presentable, park rules and regulations are co,plied with.
