Full time resident management couple needed to run a well established high volume Northridge self storage facility. Managers must be energetic, out-going self starters with experience in sales and customer service; self storage legal or property management experience a plus. Individuals are responsible for keeping the facility occupied and clean. Duties range from showing and renting units while promoting and selling the facility. Must also actively sell moving and packing materials, control delinquencies, and maintain an orderly facility. General office management consists of opening and closing on time each day, making timely bank deposits, corresponding with your assistant manager and preparing daily and monthly reports required by management. All applicants will be subject to criminal background check and credit screening.
Monthly performance bonus. (Discretionary)
Profit sharing plan (after 1 year) and 401k with employer matching.
Apartment with insurance and utilities, except telephone and cable.
Garage for one car.
Free storage unit, additional at a 25% discount.
Medical reimbursement policy (after 3 months), short term and long term disabitily and life insurance.
Two weeks annual paid vacation (3 weeks after 5 years).
1 week annual sick leave.
