Mobile Home Park Management Team Needed - Fostoria, OH

We are looking for a personable, honest, hardworking couple to fill a position for an on site manager/maintenance team/couple in northern Ohio.  The couple would manage a mobile home park that has over 100 lots that mix park-owned homes, tenant-owned homes, houses, and one small apartment complex.

The successful applicant team/couple must be able to maintain the grounds and budget the finances of the property, including: Manage and solve tenant issues, collections, evictions, showing homes, and getting flipped homes ready to rent.  They also must know how to do the hands-on maintenance (handyman/repairs) duties.
