For Workamper Couples who would like to summer in Florida - Welaka, FL

Come spend your summer on the St. John’s River in a beautiful setting where you can boat, fish, kayak, canoe, bird watch, hike or relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets.  Welaka Lodge is a small, rural resort located in the little town of Welaka, Florida right on the banks of the St. John’s.  We have 4 workamper commitments for the spring and summer of 2014 and would like 2 more couples to complete our team.  The remaining positions can begin immediately and will continue through the summer months. 

Since we only require 10 hours of work per person, you’ll have lots of time for fun activities.  In addition to the river, you’ll be less than an hour from great beaches, historic Old St. Augustine, Marineland, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park & lots of other attractions!

In exchange for the work hours, we offer a 50 amp full hookup site with wi-fi. You also receive reduced food and beverage rates at our onsite Boathouse Dock Bar.  Duties for one include keeping our beautiful cottages spotless (and working in the office if staying long term), while the other handles light outdoor maintenance.
