Assistant Caretakers - Mineola, TX

Lovely private Fishing Club on four hundred acres seeking energetic married RV couple to work as Assistant Caretakers in the areas of maintenance, groundskeeping, housekeeping, and food service. FHU, WiFi, Sat TV in exchange for twenty hours work plus salary for additional thirty five hours per week (combined hours). Great work environment, four day work week, lake privileges. Pets considered. Need to have clean background, good references, non smoker, drug free, neat in appearance, and strong moral values for family style environment. RV must also be in good condition. Prefer experience with mowers, tractor, line trimmer, chainsaw, basic electrical, plumbing, mechanics, quality housekeeping and food service. Need to be willing and able to perform menial tasks such as weeding, cleaning bathrooms, and washing dishes yet have ability to to take over and manage all operations during Managing Caretaker vacations. Need to be flexible, willing to accept direction, and work diligently with minimal supervision. Character and compatibility are more important than skill set if you are willing to learn. Permanent couple preferred but will consider seasonal.  Also will consider single male with above qualifications for full time. Immediate need - this is our busy season!
