We are located in the small mountain town of Cedaredge, Colorado.
We're looking for a couple to cover two areas of need for our 2014 spring, summer & fall seasons. We are open to a possible permanent year-round relationship.
Area 1: Housekeeper / maintenance / customer service person.
Area 2: Maintenance / grounds keeper / customer service person.
Area 2: Maintenance / grounds keeper / customer service person.
Housekeeping / customer service responsibilities includes (but not limited to): Thorough housekeeping & room cleaning duties, laundry, community area cleaning along with guests interaction & services as needed.
Maintenance / grounds keeper responsibilities includes (but not limited to): Light fix-it jobs, painting, lawn maintenance, trash disposal & community area cleaning, along with guests interaction & services as needed.
Applicants requirements: Must be honest, warm, friendly & helpful and possess great customer service skills. Must have a neat & clean appearance and the applicants must be responsible, self-motivated, smart workers and organized self-starters.
Working hours: Approximately 128 hours per month required. (4 hours per day / per person - 4 days per week)
Applicants Compensation: Small "private" upstairs 2 room apartment (on property) which includes all utilities, satellite tv, wi-fi & laundry, a fair wage of $400 per month along with 3 days off every week.
Lastly, we are a NON-SMOKING / DRUG FREE property, therefore we request that the applicants be as well!!! This is a position that will work best for those individuals without children or pets.
