Mobile Home Park Manager Couple - Cortland, IL

Excellent employment opportunity for an experienced couple to manage and oversee a highly-occupied 102-space mobile home community located in Cortland, Illinois. Duties of the office manager will include collecting and depositing rents, coordinating move ins/evictions, home purchases and titling, enforcing park rules and overall day-to-day management of the property. Duties of the maintenance manager will include overall upkeep of the community, basic home repairs and improvement, oversight of the private water and sewer system, and coordination of new home move-ins.
