Mobile Home Park Manager - Leadville, CO

Hello.  I am looking for an energetic and, preferably, bi-lingual couple to manage a +/- 200 site mobile home park in Leadville, CO.  Property management and/or mobile home business experience is a plus.  Usually, the wife is the office manager and the husband is the maintenance manager, but all is up for discussion.   The salary is $34k plus housing.  There are other benefits including: bonuses, insurance, etc....

This is not a temporary position.  On the contrary, we do not like turnover.  I am looking for a couple who is really ready to make a career change and make a home in beautiful Leadville, CO.
