Property Management - Florida Panhandle, FL

We are looking to hire an Experienced Mobile Home Park Property Manager for our MH Community located in Bonifay, Fl. This position will be responsible for most aspects of running the park to include the following duties:
leasing/marketing homes, colletcing rent, managing repair orders, evictions, calling suppliers for repair services if not in-house, managing the in-house maintenance crew. Must be experienced with HUD and Florida Real Estate leasing policies.

Salary could include on-site housing but does not have to.
Husband/Wife teams will be considered, with the husband doing maintenance, however the maintenance position must have verifiable experiene in construction, electrical, plumbing, a/c, etc.
Must have referrences, Must be Experienced with Mobile Home Property Management.
