MANAGER COUPLE NEEDED -- STORAGE FACILITY - SALARY + FREE APARTMENT - Austin, TX

Self Storage on site non-smoking property managers needed for self storage facility located in Austin, TX. This is a two-person team position (one team member works 40 hours per week, and one team member works 30 hours per week).

We are searching for the perfectly matched team who will be able to continue keeping delinquent accounts low, work to increase revenue, and to complete all other tasks regarding management of the property. Candidates should possess excellent skills and knowledge regarding marketing, advertising, as well as excellent telephone and computer skills and who are motivated.

Current Occupancy is 45% generating $15K in revenue
Our goal year 1 is 90% Occupancy generating $35K+ in revenue

You have the potential  to receive bonus on revenue benchmarks!

Must be computer savvy, being handy is a plus.
You will be responsible to make sure the grounds and the facility are kept spotless.
Must have your own transportation.

This job is demanding as well as rewarding.

Overall we are looking for a couple who will go the extra mile.
Once the facility is generating $35,000 per month this job will be much easier however it will take some time to get it there.
