FEATURED JOB OPENING: Home Advisor Couple - Columbus, MT

We are a Christian non-profit corporation looking for a quality married couple to live with and assist 4 developmentally disabled adults on a working ranch.

Must pass background check and have a valid drivers license with good driving record. Will perform general household duties, organizing recreational activities, transporting residents to and from appointments. Will operate a company vehicle. The ranch is located near Columbus, Montana on 220 acres of irrigated land directly on the Yellowstone river. Offers a living and learning experience in a rural agricultural setting for people with developmental disabilities. Sheep and cattle are raised on the ranch along with horses for the riding program. The residents operate a 60,000 square foot greenhouse business where bedding plants and hydroponic tomatoes are grown for the stores and farmers market. The program is designed to serve people who may need to live in a supportive community all their lives.

Although unaffiliated, the program has a strong Christian emphasis in philosophy and practice. We currently have 8 homes serving 35 adults, and have 4 more homes on the master plan to build.
