Upscale 200 acre estate with spa, fine dining, weddings and many amenities located in Paoli Indiana near French Lick Hotel / Casino and West Baden Hotel tourist area. A great opportunity for a couple wanting to earn bonus from profits without having to put up capitol other than performance from hard work.  Housing, utilities, and compensation package with revenue sharing aspect of the opportunity offers the chance to earn based on the amount of effort put in. Duties include hands on multi-tasking of operations and guest experience, staff training and education, culinary, marketing, everyday maintenance, and financial reporting. Candidates should be friendly, professional and service oriented, very computer literate, organized, creative with great attention to detail. Must have strong experience in either lodging or restaurant management, a passion for service, food & wine and a college degree. Good health, non-smoking and (sorry –no pets or children).
