Self Storage on site non-smoking property managers needed for self storage facility located in Eastern North Carolina. This is a two-person team position. We are searching for the perfectly matched team who will be able to continue keeping delinquent accounts low, work to increase revenue, and to complete all other tasks regarding management of the property.

Candidates should possess excellent skills and knowledge regarding marketing, advertising, as well as excellent telephone and computer skills. Candidates must be able to handle all office operations including proficiency in Site Link and Digi Gate, and all aspects of property maintenance. Candidates must pass a background check and both must possess a valid driver’s license.
