Resident Management Couple for Boutique Hotel - Nantucket, MA

We are looking for a dynamic assistant management couple for our seasonal boutique hotel on Nantucket. Overall, we are a small property with a staff that wears many hats. Though each member of our team has a specific role, we cross train so that everyone is capable of every aspect of running a high-end boutique hotel. One of the positions is for someone with culinary skills who can lead the breakfast service team as well as put out beautiful food that remains within the allowances of a strict Nantucket ordinance. We offer a three course served continental breakfast daily and are really hoping to heighten the creativity and flavors of our offerings. The other position is for a reservationist/night concierge who is great with guests, can sell rooms, and multi-task with ease. The couple will be provided with quarters on the property, and will be the nighttime managers who will address guests' needs as they arise after 10pm each night. This couple will report directly to the general manager. This is a great opportunity for a couple to live and work on Nantucket six months of the year with competitive pay. The job begins May 1st and ends November 1st. It is imperative that you commit to the entire six months.
