Opening available for manager/groundskeeper couple for 100+ unit apartment community in Riverside, CA.  This is a beautifully refurbished property that is meticulously maintained.  The resident manager couple is responsible for the daily operations of the property including renting and related paperwork and receivables, supervising maintenance and office staff, coordinating outside vendors, delivering excellent customer service to residents and applicants. 

Expectations include maintaining a high level of occupancy, running the office efficiently and professionally, and meeting the highest standard of facility appearance and cleanliness.  Requires knowledge of landlord/tenant law, strong organizational, computer and office skills plus the ability to keep the grounds in tip-top condition and perform light maintenance.  Compensation consists of a generous salary/commission plus a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and health care benefit (following  a provisional period).  We are looking for a friendly, energetic, service-minded couple with strong sales, customer service and leadership ability and an earnest desire to provide a quality living environment for our residents.   APARTMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED  .
