Maintenance/Management couple for manufactured housing community - Cincinnati, OH

We are a family mobile home community with 120 homesites, pool and clubhouse in Cincinnati, OH searching for a fulltime Management/Maintenance Couple. We are looking for a self-motivated couple with a strong work ethic, customer-oriented focus, and ability to multitask.

Requirements: Positive attitude, knowledge of PC computers, MS Office, email; Ability to manage and train staff; Understand basic accounting; Organized; Project and Task management oriented; willingness to learn new skills.

Office: Perform office management; home rentals, contracts and financial reports to owners.

Maintenance: Supervise maintenance staff with pool, security, general repair, building and grounds upkeep. Facility management should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing.  Applicant needs to be in good physical health, there will be many hands-on tasks. 

Compensation: On-site housing (doublewide), utilities included. 

Salary based on qualifications and experience, performance bonuses available.
