FEATURED JOB OPENING: In Need of an on-site Self Storage Resident Management team - Chico, CA

In Need of an on-site Self Storage Resident Management team. Housing provided, must be available Monday through Friday (or 5 days a week), have a positive and hard-working work ethic, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, and must be able to walk around grounds. Experience may or may not be necessary. 

Compensation based on experience. Bonus program in addition to compensation. 
 

Requirements:

-Must be able to display management abilities and direct other employees
-Professional appearance, positive attitude
-Great customer service skills
-Ability to pay attention to details and thoroughly communicate
-Must be a team player 
-Must be able to keep track of daily tasks 
-Marketing experience preferred

-Ability to work independently and have great follow-through

-Must have computer skills
