*SELF STORAGE RESIDENT MANAGER TEAM OF TWO* We have an immediate need for a Resident Management Team of two (2) with excellent customer service and communication skills to join our family-owned and operated organization consisting of multiple locations. New hires will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Kingman, Arizona facility with attention to detail, sales, marketing, daily cash management / drawer and sales balancing, banking, post office duties, as well as maintaining a clean and well-built facility. Prior self storage experience is helpful but not required.
*ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS* * High School Diploma or equivalent * Self-motivated self-starter * Computer literate * Customer service oriented * Energetic and enthusiastic * Persuasive and sales-oriented * Outgoing and confident * Team player
*BENEFITS* We offer our Managers a salary - PLUS - use of a one bedroom apartment, basic utilities and a storage area.
* SCHEDULE: Tuesday through Saturday is the workweek; Sunday & Monday are days off. * CLOSED HOLIDAYS: Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
* COMPENSATION: Bi-Monthly Salary
* HOUSING: Onsite apartment, basic utilities & storage area.
