We are looking for a management team for our self storage facility in Albuqueruqe, NM. This would be for a multi-site opportunity with a total of 520 self-storage units.
The person running the office should have: * A working knowledge of Quickbooks, Word and Excel. * Must be able to make daily bank runs. * Answer leasing questions. * Have basic accounting experience. * have experience working with a budget. * Manage the operation of both storage sites. * Coordinate Quarterly Auctions. * Work with the Caretaker of the 2nd location. * Must be able to open and close the office on time. * Perform tasks as requested.
The person performing the general maintenance of the property must: * Open and Closed the property gates on time. * Keep the property free of trash and weeds. * Repair damaged units / doors as needed. * Hold Auctions Quarterly (Live Auctions). * Clean out and ready vacated and/or abandoned units. * Inform the office of repairs as needed. * Asses the property for roof repairs, masonry work or general enhancements to be dicussed with the supervisor. * Perform other tasks as requested.
