Chef/Cook/Kitchen Assistant Couple - Beulah (25 miles west of Pueblo in mountains), CO

Mountain Park Environmental Center in Beulah is looking for a couple to share Chef/Cook and Kitchen Assistant/Housekeeping responsibilities at an environmental education and retreat center. Prepare delicious and healthy meals, comfortable with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free as well as more standard fare for retreat guests, groups meetings, and student groups. MPEC's commercial kitchen is a great space to prepare great meals, and our overnight facilities are beautifully done and need to be well cared for. Positions are part time, have flexible hours, and will include very busy times with lots of hours as well as slower times  with less hours. Ideal for a couple who are flexible with time and income needs.
