Two Person Manager Team Position at Tiki Village Mobile Home Park - Vista , CA

Tiki Village a 78 unit mobile home park in Vista, CA is looking for a full time, year round manager team. One should be a general all around maintenance and cleaning person, knowledgeable in landscaping, plumbing, pool and spa care, building cleaning, etc. One should have experience in office work, ability to maintain clear records, ability to handle resident relations and rule compliance issues, and be able to make bank deposits plus get supplies. We are willing to train the right team. Both MUST like dealing with people and be willing to be part of a team with the owners and their other employees and vendors. Both are required to live onsite in a shared residence. Compensation includes a 2 bedroom, 2 bath mobile home for housing, paid utilities, plus salary of $1,150.00 a month each. Health Benefits (currently Kaiser) offered after 6 month at half of cost (employer  pays half and Employee pays half). 

Background and credit check are required before hire.
Proof of auto insurance required.
Need to be able to work Tiki Village's office hours of Tuesday to Friday 9 am to 4 pm, but closed for lunch plus open and close every other weekend and also on call for emergencies.
Both must adhere to Fair Housing Laws.
We are willing to train the right team. 
Estimated start date of mid to late October.
