Park Host Team - Mohave Valley, AZ

IMMEDIATE POSITIONS:

Live & Work at MOON RIVER RV RESORT, a Top Rated Good Sam Park with 84 spaces in Mohave Valley, AZ, near Laughlin & Lake Havasu City.  We are looking for a strong staff to support the operation & success of our upcoming winter season.  Commitment required until May 1, 2014.

2-3 "Park Host Team" positions are part-time three days/week in exchange for a beautiful site with FHU & free Wi-Fi.  Will consider electric allowance based upon job performance.  Team position is for Office & Maintenance.

OFFICE duties include reservation & computer skills, light bookkeeping, meter reads, handling payments & deposits, store/inventory, cash register & sales ability, etc.

MAINTENANCE duties include general knowledge of sprinkler system & landscape, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance & grounds keeping.  Must be able to resolve emergencies quickly.  Other duties include cleaning/janitorial, activity planning, night hosting, guest-parking, meter reads, etc.  Experience preferred but willing to train.

Duties will be split according to each person's experience/knowledge.  Must be able to work as a "Team" with others.
