Caretaker Team - Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN

FirstService Residential Minnesota is a large, well established and highly reputable firm specializing in community association management of over 260 condominium and townhome associations in downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul and greater metro area.  We are seeking live-in caretaker teams for lovely buildings located in either Minneapolis or St. Paul. This is a great opportunity for a team who is available week days during business hours. Duties include cleaning of common areas, maintenance, and limited management and on-call responsibilities. No leasing, cleaning or painting of units is required. This is a great role for a retired or semi-retired couple seeking a permanent position in a pleasant atmosphere. We are seeking conscientious, responsible and personable teams who enjoy working independently, have an eye for detail and mechanical aptitude.
