Caretaker, helpers, for retired couple and property. Cottage & unusual, informal, position for two people - Westchester, NY

We are an older retired couple living on a large informal country property. We are looking for what will hopefully be a long-term, live-in position. The position could be part time for a short time & evolve to full time. Applicants must be mature and settled, with a desire to form a long term relationship with us and the area.  Must currently live close enough so that we can get to know each other before a mutual commitment is made.

This is not an estate-type position as we are quite informal and the job is very un-pressured, but we do need help and good organizational skills.  What we offer is a charming, private one bedroom cottage with studio,  a flexible lifestyle, with flexible workweek and vacations.  We wish to share our unique property with two people who are comfortable with nature & wildlife in a quiet country setting. Salary commensurate with our needs, and your time and skills.
