Entry level ranch couple team - Tucson, AZ
Ranch Couple Team needed to assist and work under existing couple who have worked at the ranch for the last eight years. Groom them for their position in a few years. The man should be a jack of all trades with exceptional maintenance skills; basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and groundskeeping. Care for the landscaping around buildings and two pools. Driving when needed; purchasing supplies and airport shuttles. The woman will do full housekeeping and laundry providing guest service for main house and the five guest suites. Cleanliness is important and the ability to provide hotel like service to owner and guests when visiting; up to 20 guests at a time. Assist with the care of all ranch animals including birds. Equine skills are a plus; lead trail rides, groom, exercise. The couple must be comfortable living in a remote location; 60 miles southwest of Tucson. Housing on property provided, health benefits. Salary commensurate with experience-willing to train a younger inexperienced team with a good work ethic and desire to provide discrete service to a private family. No children or dogs allowed.
