We are seeking two reliable managers for this 55+ age restricted, resident owned, mobile home park. Front office Manager will be responsible for monthly billing, accounts receivable, filing and must be computer literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook software programs. Maintenance Manager duties include supervising vendors, requesting bids and conducting maintenance duties within the park. Must be able to do some carpentry. Hours are Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., closed for lunch from noon - 1:00 p.m., days off will be Sunday and Monday. Along with the beautiful one bedroom apartment, salary in the range of $25K - $30K for the team, 1 week vacation in the first year and medical benefits for those who don't have coverage.
